NICH TEC builds systems for private schools, tutoring centres and language schools: online enrolment, attendance that notifies parents on LINE, class and teacher timetables, fees with receipts, and grades. Student data about minors carries extra conditions under Thailand’s PDPA, often including parental consent, so we design that step in from the start.

Messages the system sends on LINE go through your LINE Official Account. They count toward its monthly message quota, beyond the free quota LINE charges for a bigger plan, and they reach only people who have added your account as a friend.

Timeline and price
Attendance, LINE updates to parents and fees is usually a medium project, around 6-12 weeks. The price depends on the details, and we estimate it for free after a 30-minute call.
Questions people ask
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents add the school’s LINE Official Account as a friend, then get messages and open information in LINE. If you want your own app, we can build one.
Can students check in with a card or QR code?
Yes. Students scan a QR code or card at the classroom, or teachers tick names on a phone. Choose what suits your school.
Where is student data kept, and who sees it?
On a server the school chooses. Teachers see only the classes they teach, and parents see only their own child.
Does it support several branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own timetable and teachers, and management sees all branches together.
