Don Kaeo Municipality in Saraphi district uses the budget transparency system we built. It shows the annual budget, off-budget funds and spending by category, readable on any phone. Every line item shows whether it hasn’t started, is under way, or is done.

How much does custom software cost?
It depends on how many kinds of users, how many screens and which systems it must connect to. A small system such as bookings for one shop takes roughly 3-6 weeks. A system with several roles and a LINE or payment integration takes roughly 6-12 weeks.

Yes. Our budget transparency system runs live at Don Kaeo Municipality in Chiang Mai. Each installation runs on the agency’s own server, the data belongs to the agency, and procurement follows Thai government purchasing rules.
We’re not in Chiang Mai. Can you still help?
Yes. Software projects run online with clients anywhere in Thailand. On-site IT support is focused on Chiang Mai and nearby areas.
