Data & Analytics Services in Thailand
Turn raw data into decisions. Modern data pipelines, real-time BI dashboards, data governance, and predictive analytics for organizations in Chiang Mai and across Thailand — so your team acts on facts, not gut feelings.
We build the pipelines and dashboards that turn scattered data into decisions people actually make — with definitions agreed before we build, data freshness visible on the dashboard, and PDPA retention and erasure designed into the pipeline rather than promised manually.

Key Benefits
What makes a dashboard people actually use
Every metric on it connects to a decision someone can make, the underlying numbers are trusted, and the answer is readable without interpretation. Dashboards fail on agreed definitions and data quality far more often than on visual design.
The diagnostic question for any metric is simple: if this number moved, who would do what differently? If nobody can answer, it belongs in a detail view or nowhere. Every number that does not drive action makes the ones that do harder to see.
We agree definitions before building anything. "Active customer" and "monthly revenue" sound unambiguous until finance and sales produce different totals in the same meeting — and that single discovery destroys trust in the whole system.
| Metric | Decision it informs | Owner | Action if it moves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quote turnaround time | Whether to add sales support | Sales lead | Find the bottleneck; reallocate |
| Tickets reopened | Whether fixes are fixing | Service manager | Root-cause the reopened cases |
| Stock cover days | When and how much to reorder | Operations | Trigger purchase order |
| Overdue receivables | Which accounts to chase | Finance | Prioritised collection calls |
Clean data comes first
A polished dashboard on unreliable data is worse than none, because it produces confident wrong decisions. We fix the pipelines and make data freshness visible on the dashboard itself, so a silently broken feed cannot quietly drive a quarter of decisions.
Trust here is asymmetric. It takes months of consistently correct numbers to build and one visible error to lose, after which people revert to their own spreadsheets and the investment is wasted.
A "last updated" timestamp on the dashboard prevents the most damaging failure mode: a pipeline breaks, nobody notices, and people keep deciding on stale figures.
PDPA and your data warehouse
A warehouse aggregating customer data is processing personal data under the PDPA, and it needs a lawful basis, a retention limit, and the ability to locate and erase one individual across every table. Analytics environments are frequently the place where deletion requests quietly fail.
Most organisations handle erasure correctly in production and forget the warehouse, the BI extracts, and the CSV someone exported to their laptop. We design retention and deletion into the pipeline rather than leaving it as a manual promise.
Where analytics does not require identifying individuals — which is most of the time — we aggregate or pseudonymise at ingestion. Data you never stored in identifiable form cannot be requested, leaked, or mishandled.
Locations & Coverage
We provide coverage across 21 key provinces in Thailand, with on-site engineers and remote-first support models tailored to each region.
