Pricing questions
How much does managed IT cost in Thailand?+
For small and mid-sized businesses, managed IT in Thailand typically runs ฿12,000–฿38,000 per month. The two variables that move the number most are endpoint count and the response-time SLA you need. Enterprise and multi-site environments are quoted individually.
What changes the price?+
Endpoint count, number of servers, whether you need 24/7 or business-hours cover, on-site versus remote support, and compliance scope. A PDPA or ISO 27001 readiness programme adds project cost on top of the monthly retainer.
Is the quote fixed or an estimate?+
Fixed. We run a free assessment first, then quote a fixed monthly fee against a defined scope. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced before it starts — you will not receive a surprise invoice.
Do you require a long contract?+
Our standard term is 12 months, which is what makes the fixed pricing work. We do run 3-month pilots for larger environments where you want to test the relationship first.
Do you work with government agencies?+
Yes. We support Thai government agencies, including on-premise deployments where data cannot leave your infrastructure. Procurement and documentation requirements are handled as part of the engagement.
