Who is responsible for your data

iChoice Co., Ltd., trading as NICH TEC, is the data controller for information submitted through nichtec.com. Our registered address is 422/29 Chiangmai Land Rd, Tambon Chang Khlan, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand. What we collect

Contact form submissions: your name and email address, which are required, and your phone number and company name, which are optional. We also store the content of your message and the timestamp at which you gave consent.

Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Analytics does not run at all until you accept — Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default.

Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention. This is a technical necessity and is retained for a limited period.

Why we process it, and on what lawful basis

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, to deliver the services you request.

Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which restores the default denied state.

Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to customers are retained for the period required by Thai accounting and tax law. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard cycle.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to service providers who process it on our behalf: our email hosting provider for delivering enquiry notifications, and Google (Analytics) where you have consented. We may disclose data where required by Thai law or lawful order.

Where a provider processes data outside Thailand, we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections for cross-border transfer as contemplated by the PDPA.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to a mailbox protected by authenticated SMTP over TLS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to staff who need it to respond. We apply the same access-control, encryption, logging and incident-response practices we implement for clients.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy; to have inaccurate data corrected; to request erasure; to object to or restrict processing; to request portability of data you provided to us; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@nichtec.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Cookies

We use a single functional item of local storage to remember your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page. No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you accept them. Declining does not limit any part of the site.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date shown above. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated directly.
