AI Strategy & Consulting for Thai Businesses
AI is only valuable if it is actually deployed and used. We help you cut through the hype — assess your readiness, design a practical roadmap, weigh the ROI, and guide execution from strategy to production, for organizations across Thailand.
We help Thai businesses find the one AI use case worth starting with, prove it in a six-to-twelve week pilot with a defined metric, and scale only what moved the number. We will tell you when the answer is a data-cleanup project rather than an AI project.

Key Benefits
Where should a Thai business start with AI?
With an expensive, repetitive problem you already have — not with a technology you want to use. The most reliable predictor of a failed AI project is that it began with the sentence "we should be using AI" rather than with a number someone wanted to move.
We start by asking what the problem costs today: hours per week, multiplied by loaded staff cost, plus any revenue lost to slowness. If that figure cannot be produced, there is no way to tell afterwards whether the project worked — and it ends up judged on how impressive it felt.
Common viable starting points for Thai SMEs are support triage, document data extraction, Thai-language document search, and quote drafting. All four are high-volume, repetitive, and easy to measure.
The readiness assessment
Before committing budget we check that the data exists, is accessible, is consistent enough to use, and that the PDPA permits using it for this purpose. Most failed AI projects fail on data, not on models.
You do not need perfect data and waiting for it is its own failure mode — but you do need an honest picture of what state it is in. Assessments frequently conclude that a data-cleanup project should come first, and that is a legitimate and valuable outcome rather than a disappointing one.
On PDPA: using customer data to train or tune a system is processing and needs a lawful basis. If you collected it for order fulfilment, using it for something else may require fresh consent. We establish this at the start, because retrofitting a lawful basis after the system exists is expensive and sometimes impossible.
Pilot, then scale — or stop
A contained pilot with one metric, one owner and a hard deadline, typically six to twelve weeks. Kill criteria are agreed in writing alongside success criteria, so a pilot cannot quietly become a permanent project nobody can cancel.
A working pilot is roughly 40% of the effort of a production system. The rest is error handling, monitoring, integration with tools people already use, and someone owning it when it misbehaves. We budget for that half openly, because skipping it is how organisations end up with a demo that gradually stops being used.
For government agencies and regulated sectors, scaling includes where the model runs. If data cannot leave your infrastructure, on-premise is a requirement rather than a preference — better established before the pilot than after.
